Pork Chops With Homemade Sauerkraut
Nothing beats the simplicity of this meal. I’ve written about this already, but I have recently started 2 new part time jobs while my husband is a new student. Life has been crazy busy and full of change and transitions. They’re good changes, but all changes can be a bit of an adjustment. During times of change it’s more important than ever to take care of your body with good nutrition, enough sleep and a conscious effort to take time to relax and play.
This meal is perfect for a busy evening while using basic ingredients and just a little bit of time.
I was reading in our local newspaper recently and there were a few recipes that were shared from community member’s family history. This recipe was one that was shared and it was perfect timing too. I was just wondering what we were going to have for dinner!
Luckily I had some frozen pork chops in the freezer and plenty of homemade sauerkraut in my fridge!
